Smart Education in Ireland : Panda creates 50 new jobs in Dublin

Panda recycling in Dublin are creating 50 new jobs over the next six months. The waste management company are hiring sales, marketing, legal and operational staff to add to its current staff count of 650 people in Ireland.

“These jobs reflect Panda’s continuing growth and expansion in what is a highly competitive and challenging market. They are high-end positions that will help us to continue to lead the field in innovation and also to deliver better, faster and cleaner waste management and recycling services to more and more people”.

Panda is Ireland’s largest recycling company with over 175,000 customers mainly in the Leinster region. The company has experienced strong growth in the past four years, more than doubling its workforce since 2010 (when it employed just 300 people) and increasing turnover by 80% in the period.

This rapid growth was achieved during the height of Ireland’s recession. The company now plans to invest some €5 million in the business this year, investing in new infrastructure and a new hybrid fleet.
