Windsor, ON - St. Clair College has performed extremely well on the 2015 Key Performance Indicator figures released today by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

The data shows that St. Clair College exceeded the provincial average on the four main categories that make up the ratings including Student Satisfaction (79.3% compared to the provincial average of 76.2%); Graduate Satisfaction (81.4% compared to the provincial average of 80%); Graduate Employment (85.1% compared to the provincial average of 84%); and Employer Satisfaction (90.4% compared to the provincial average of 88.1%).

"Students value the higher education and relevant and focused job skills that come with a St. Clair College credential", says Dr. John Strasser, President of St. Clair College. "This is not a surprise as we work with faculty, support staff, academic administrators and employers in the community to ensure that we are graduating students with job-ready skills".

The results of the four key "capstone" questions are also very positive. All four categories exceed the provincial average including student's satisfaction with their knowledge and skills (89.6% compared to the province at 87%); student satisfaction with their learning experiences and program quality (83.6% compared to the province at 79.8%); the quality of our services (66.7% compared to the province at 63.8%); and the quality of facilities and resources (77.3% compared to the province at 74.4%).

"We have worked extremely hard to ensure student success", says Strasser. "With a new HealthPlex at our Thames Campus, new learning facilities for our health sciences and trades and technology programs, and a new SportsPlex at our Main campus, students are getting the kind of high quality education they expect in an environment that is conducive to learning and the enjoyment of extracurricular activities".

"Canada is not only known for it's picturesque locations, but also for it's high standard of education. The Colleges in Canada are at par with the best known Colleges in the world, in terms of the educational programs offered and the facilities provided to the students " , says Mr. Deepak, Education Manager, Career XL Services..
