The Hospitality Operations Diploma Program at Evergreen College readies students with a variety of essential certifications that are highly valued by employers, including CPR and First Aid, CPI Training, Food Handler, and Smart Serve Certificates.
Students will earn their Evergreen College Hospitality Operations Diploma as well as their AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association) Hospitality Operations Certificate in just one academic year (55 weeks). The AHLA is a highly recognized association that represents all areas of the hotel industry partners such as independent hotels, major chains, and various industry partners.
Evergreen College can assist students in acquiring CPR and First Aid (14-16 hours over the course of two days), which are fundamental to working in hospitality.
Many jobs in hospitality operations can involve preparing or serving food. With that in mind, Evergreen College ensures that students earn both their Food Handler Certificate and Smart Serve Certificate.
Evergreen College offers a balanced program with 28 weeks of in-class training led by expert instructors who have years of experience and true passion for working in hospitality.
